Boston metro is getting crushed. Jerry / Roosta / Coastal / sbos_wx, this is incredible.

 

Not sure how will measure up to 12/13/2007 in terms of impact, but it's close. Absolute gridlock in the city and beyond. And to think that they kinda prepared for this too...

Very meh here...just a hair over 2".

 

Really had trouble getting back into appreciable snows this afternoon. Radar returns just hugged the shoreline for a couple hours then when it finally began filling in it seemed we just kept getting some dry air working in around here. Had our best snows from 3:15-4:30 or so. Still...appreciate the 3 events in the past week...shame it will all be gone by Christmas.

This 12/13/07 revisited. They can't get it right. People should have had staggered releases beginning noon. Was ripping good but now down to moderate snow. BOS back down to 19/16. I think Logan will come in with over 6 when it's all said and done....maybe even 8+ if it hangs around ala RAP.
