After the changeover the temp nudged up to 31, but we've been stuck there every since. Ice is accumulating on all exposed surfaces. Pretty surprised this is happening even in the urban heat island. It'll all stop drifting soon with the sleet and zr A snow/sleet mixture now. Looks like snow, but you can hear a little sleet.
