ohleary
Looks very reasonable considering the guidance I've looked at!
WinterWxLuvr
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/capital-weather-gang/wp/2013/12/13/saturdays-storm-likely-more-rainy-than-snowy/ I like your writing style Wes. The only thing I would add, for my area, is that anytime we get a wind with an east or se component, forecasted qpf often is lower than what actually happens. I guess it's a bit of an upslope flow. As for precip type, I would even presume to know. The temps are precarious even out here.
Jebman
Nice writeup - pretty spot on. I hope Frederick gets another 11 inches of snow.
