I was expecting flurries/light snow all day. I knew we were going to do ok considering the temp(making it easy for the snow to stick) but I never expected 2 inches at 10:30am. Heading home from PA, should i stay on 78 all the way to the turnpike to head north? Or is 287 in jersey usually ok in these situations. (From 78 north into NY). More so moderate as usually 1/4 mile visibility is considered heavy snow. Technicalities. It's snowing so who really cares about technicalities!!
