I'm not really shocked about the cold outperforming the forecasted morning low. There was still a bit of snow/ice on the ground and aided the CAA. Radar trends say NNJ north of ~I-78 and extending up into SE NY should continue to experience light to occasionally moderate snow this morning. 1-3" by noon if that continues.
