Jersey Shore snow
It's gonna take a while for the mix line to get up there, probably until 9-10 PM. There was always expected to be a sharp gradient between eastern Monmouth and Middlesex. Agree, my area is probably not representative of advance of R/S line....stiff east wind of ocean in December is never going to get it done down here. I was already at 33 degrees at sunrise and am now up to 35. Snow is still falling along I-195 corridor west of GSP

Coastalfront
Poor snow growth over the last few hours, have 3 inches on the dot just NE of Whiteplains, temp holding around 18 degrees. Keep in mind I had 2.5 inches at 10am this morning with the good band this morning and excelent snow growth. Pure fluff.
