Damage In Tolland
So now we have Rgem Nam and GFS all colder at 18z. Interesting...
CoastalWx
I think Will is right definitely convective issues here and there popping up. Would like to see a stronger track just outside of ack You have convection disown own south and off of NJ to deal with. That's going to play a role in the height field downstream of any convection. sankaty
18Z GFS slightly but significantly colder for KMMK. Soundings show column just edging above freezing around hour 39. The majority of the QPF is before then.
8611Blizz
Harvey split the baby. He runs 4-7 and the 8-12 through the city. Leaning colder though.

TauntonBlizzard2013
Harvey just collapsed and upped totals to the coast 4-7 for pretty much all Bristol And Plymouth counties. 8-12 is tickling extreme northern Bristol. TheSnowman
??? Unless the 850 and Surface 0C line stays at Providence or below for the whole storm, I will say "warm again".

sankaty
??? I'm speaking relatively, and I haven't checked for N RI. Perhaps theSnowman still considers it warm from an absolute perspective. Here is 39 hr on the 18Z: Here's the sounding for the same period (45 hr) from the 12Z run:

weathafella
If in fact this is a more settled track (18Z) and guidance and verification holds then can we presume the runs closer in and very dynamic were products of convective feedback?
