Voyager
That heavy band lasted about 5 minutes, and now it's tapered off again...lol
jm1220
I'm pushing 7" now with all this talk of 7" of snow! It's been quite awhile since I've seen this much unfortunately. The back edge isn't really pushing east like I thought. I mentioned 8" earlier-may be aggressive but it's possible the way it's going.
skiier04
Radar still looks like its backfilling nicely to the SW of UNV. You Williamsport posters look to get rocked pretty good. I'd expect another 2-4 for you guys. Hoping we can tack an inch or two here.
wxmeddler
The snowplow just came through and cleared off all the snow. Now it's freezing rain on a bare surface that has been sitting under snow for 5 hours and it's 27 degrees. Oh boy! I'm going to go put on my skates! paxpatriot
Moderate sleet here still, and sitting at 32.0F. Back edge has been hanging on here for the last 2 hours.
I-83 BLIZZARD
My folks in York Co. (Stewartstown) say they got roughly 3-4" this afternoon. I'm assuming it's changed over there. 3.5 exactly here. Now freezing rain.
MillvilleWx
3" Even with Freezing rain. 27/27. A good freezing rain temperature. Hey meddler. Was up near the University today and saw some decent snow. It didn't get real bad until I headed home to MD around 430-5pm. It was puking snow at MD line near Parkton around that time. Just boring rain at home. Stay safe up there with that Zr. Could be a nice accretion up there (or nasty depending on how you look at it)

I'd expect another 2-4 for you guys. Hoping we can tack an inch or two here. Looks like the upper low pivoting into W PA can give you guys some more snow also. You guys are doing really well!! On another note-snow just changed over to sleet and increasingly rain at my Long Island location. Was a nice last 60-90 mins of moderate snow though. About 2.5" total here. Santa Clause
Closing in on 9!! Can we make it double digits lol. Doubt it but great storm can't complain about anything.
I-83 BLIZZARD
We have an 8 to 10 inch snow pack here. Do we want more? Sure but with a warm up later in the week the freezing rain will help preserve the snowpack better. No matter what 16.75 inches in 7 days around Christmas is a miracle in and of itself, especially after the last 2 years.

psuhoffman
Heavy sleet now. Wow even though high res models showed it still surprised how fast warm air surged north. From md border to central pa in an hour basically.
