My Observations
I have just recently started viewing the ECMWF models and was needing help understanding this illustration . What is it actually showing me ? I know it is showing the forecasted temperature ranges , but the 2 lines are confusing me . Is this just the forecasted possibilities ? Since it is a forecast is it saying it could be from a range of this high to this low for that time period ? Example : Is it saying the forecasted temperature range for 11/00 (36 hr) is in the range of 18º - 26º ? Thanks for your help EMCWF.bmp
isohume
It's hard to say without knowing what program generated that meteogram, but I'm pretty sure it's showing 2m T/Td. Where did you get this from?

isohume
This illustration came from Weather Bell So the interface to generate that graphic doesn't state what the parameters are? Do you have screen shot? If it just says "temperature" then it's likely showing the T/Td curves.
My Observations
Here are the screenshots as I enter the page to view the above illustration : first I go to this category : Lower-48 City Temps + Precip: ECMWF Determ + Ensemble Then I see the following illustration to pick my State (top pictures) Then I choose my Radar site and city (bottom picture) What are you meaning by T/TD curves . Thanks for your help

Thanks for your help Weird they don't state what the lines are besides Max/Min Temp. If it was truly Max/Min temps, then there would only be one value per day of each...not a curve. I imagine they are the T/Td curves tho...temperature and dewpoint curves going through their diurnal cycles.
