SLPressure
Been holding steady at 33 all night. I guess there is the possibility of some sleet in some locations to start out south of the city. The rates should quickly overcome that, I would think. Hopefully the sleet (if any) won't do much to our totals. Have fun everyone!

NJHurricane
I'm assuming the narrow area of high risk in your area means that same area is in the lead for the mentioned banding
snow.
Everything looking good. 850 temps are still high but the crash should coincide with the precip arrival. Still wouldn't surprise me to see some initial rain/sleet quickly changing over. I'm gonna try and get another 45 min sleep. Good luck everyone! Huffwx
One PWS I have set up north of Roanoke is about 5 degrees cooler at 35.2*.. One IMBY is 40.5* Only about 5 miles difference between the two stations. It's not the surface temps -- it's 4000-8000 ft that are stubbornly warm. Bust- no flakes. OK- snow falls Boom- coating -2 inches.
