I had my doubts and uncontrollable paranoia but I'm getting damn stoked. Mod - heavy snow. Closing in on 1/2" Well you've got friends out here doing every snow chant we can think of for you guys. I am not a real scientific guy but in years past when the Bay cools off quickly and early we have snowy winters! The bay water temp was 41 degrees off of Annapolis on December 1st. I don't feel the same level of confidence as you regarding banding in the immediate area, but I really don't know anything except how to complain.
