You gotta figure, +NAO winter so far and PHL still manages more snow than SNE? To date, aside, ... ya just throw hands and laugh at how precisely winter weather enthusiasm is being boned. Allows you to report the type of precip you're observing...the all reports are viewable in near real time on this website: http://www.nssl.noaa.gov/projects/ping/display/ Does not require any sort of of registration.
