Keith O
At least a good portion of New England is gonna get screwed over to by this storm. That gives me great joy. My son is going on school ski trip to Whiteface this weekend so hopefully they cash in so he has great conditions.

LongBeachSurfFreak
My son is going on school ski trip to Whiteface this weekend so hopefully they cash in so he has great conditions.White face is super far north and tall (over 4,000) if they don't do we'll then no one will. Other then Stowe and jay in vt that looks to be the best call in the entire north east

NEG NAO
Why is that thread locked because the new policy here is no thread creations for potential storms more then 5 days away - plus the dates were wrong to begin with - should read - 17th - 18th

Yanksfan
Last week's storm was a miss south and a slap in the face. Wednesday's storm is a miss to the north and a kick to the groin. Not a good way to end winter 2013/14. Have to hope next week's storm produces. If not, I think its a wrap this year as far as snow.

Juliancolton
I almost feel bad for people who can't enjoy warm spring days. Almost. Meh. There's 9" of snow outside, nothing is in bud or bloom, and my pond is still frozen over. I'd be all over casting a line or prepping my veggie garden otherwise. Until there are actually warm-season things to do, I'm in winter mode.
