The snowiest 7 day period on average has been February 7 - 13 with a total of 88.2 inches of snow over the period...or an average of 4.64" of snow for that week. I really hate the NY post sometimes. I have seen so many times, and even happened to me once, where i did not have exact change for the bus on my metrocard and the bus driver always let me get on for free if you ask nicely, i have seen it done alot too.
