Fortunately DCA appears warmer than other places SE so maybe it's just them sucking as usual. I do wonder if any lull will allow us to mild up a little. Hopefully we lose a degree or two into sunset. GFS sounding for Silver Spring has the surface at about 0.5 C at 12z so it's not like it's going to all melt quickly by tomorrow morning even with some rain.
