ThreeRedheads
Steady snowing. 27.3/25. Probably 2-3 inches. Main roads are clear, but some of the back roads are slippery. Saw a truck go into a tree. Luckily, most of the drivers are going slow.
mitchnick
Sheesh. Over 4 here. Never seen a gap like this between BWI and here. well, I'm now between 1.5-2", so I've made up some ground, but it still is pretty unbelievable

tamerakitten
Up to 7 inches. Tried taking the dogs out. MrBill(old dog) stayed on the porch. Gracie is experiencing her first snow. She's been trying to levitate over it!!! Snow fall has lightened up in intensity--smaller finer flakes now.
dmac
only a passing flake among mostly pingers in rosslyn now... methinks we're done here. maybe an inch on the grass, still slushy roads.
1mountainman
congrats to the shen valley and the apps coming in with 4 to 8 inches of snow. Where in the Shenandoah Valley? I'm right on the Rockingham / Augusta county line about 3 air miles from the crest of the Blue Ridge, and I have nothing but sleet. There have been a few flakes mixed in but 95% sleet. The ground is starting to get covered. I haven't been out, and don't plan to be, but I'm sure the roads are slick.

nj2va
Went from all snow to mostly sleet to now once again a mix of snow and sleet. The dogs are loving the 1" of snow but they (like me) wish we were in those death bands in northern MD.
