So if the current radar translates to a couple sleet pellets reported in Charlottsville, VA, I have to think that this thing is toast... This is playing out EXACTLY how how thought it would. I have no clue when it comes to the actual science behind this stuff... but I have seen this like 20 times in the last 2 years. A bunch models advertising a light event with marginal temps.. bad low track... and what we actually get is hours of virga that culminates in non-accumulating snow.
