joey2002
Pouring huge sleet pellets here in Ashford... Some are pea-sized Yeah this turned into a sleet fest here... a few giant mangled snowflakes mixed in but mostly sleet and rain.
mfastx
Aren't you at bc? Been sleeting with flakes and rain for an hour. Real weenies go outside. Went outside shortly after to mangled flakes and sleet. Has since changed back to mostly rain/sleet and staying that way now. I'm at BU btw so a bit closer to the coast. Back end is quickly approaching so anything more than a T is looking doubtful here. Nice to see a few flakes out there however. 36 Sleet

It was dry for like 15mins when I posted that...then I went outside for about 10mins to let the pups out, went through a decent burst of pingers. slight coating. powderfreak
Did not expect to read that this morning, but looks like at least an inch or more fell in the hills from ORH on north and west with 2-3" from MPM over to N.ORH county. My forecast would've busted but this looks like BOX nailed it. Their map looked low yesterday but spot on this morning.

This wasn't supposed to be anything big except for people in NH and further west. Don't listen to the hype! This board does nothing but that. Don't listen to the hype! This board does nothing but that. Well I'm not really that surprised, this area is no good for these type of events. If you miss a 1-2 hour window your toast. However, I will admit, hype and all aside, I thought I would see evidence we may have had snow for a short period. Actually seems to be drying out a little bit

Looks like the Berkshires may be getting some flakes but that's about it. Now onto Monday, which should definitely be interesting. Basically it comes down to how long can we all hold onto snow (and accumulate) before it flips.

Been trending dry. Not saying we don't get something, but without a quick potent burst to begin, it may just run into a light mix mess.
