A-L-E-K
I'm guessing probably a little more than a half inch out there. Looks pretty, all the roads are covered, including 55th which is pretty busy. same .4-.6 give or take
Thunder Road
20:1? Pssh, that's nothing. We've got ∞:1 down here in Valpo, with a dusting on all surfaces and 0.00" reported so far today.
michsnowfreak
We have 0.2" of snow but at least it looks like a tad more with the way it has blown and "drifted" into the grass from the streets and sidewalks. The snow that we saw was from the warm front. The main snow is supposed to fill back in based as the L moves ENE. If the snow shuts off and we just get some freezing drizzle the rest of the way, then DTX is genius for going against all model qpf.

tuanis
Still coming down here, set up a flood light so I can see the snow falling at night. Not as impressive of a view as during the day, but you can still see the flakes: http://ustre.am/16Txc Will have to shovel before bed!

I see climate reports for various stations out that way suggesting they were pretty low but seems hard to believe. MLI had 0.13" for the day, so their 2.3" is around 18:1. Sounds about right to me.
