In Chester County PA at 8 of 11 months blo normal in '13 w/Dec. looks like 9 of 12

Here in NW Chester County PA we finished up November at -2.5 (41.1) below our 120 year normal of 43.6, There were 3 days that failed to crack the freezing mark. With the 3.21" of precipitation in November we are running at 4.12" above normal to date. So a wet and very cool year appears likely to go into the books.

In looking at the upcoming month of December it appears to me likely that we will go into the books with below normal temps and above normal snowfall here in December for Chester County.
