Brick Tamland
I cold rain. So we can blame the lack of winter weather around here the last two years and maybe this winter on you and all the other folks that for some reason like miserable, depressing cold rain. packbacker
So we can blame the lack of winter weather around here the last two years and maybe this winter on you and all the other folks that for some reason like miserable, depressing cold rain. We can blame the lack of winter on the fact that we suck! Another fracking winter storm for OK/AK/MO. If we go a third straight year of getting skunked I will go postal! The good news is the MA is going to get slammed, but unfortunately it's going to happen over a weekend when I am not traveling up there!
GaWx
I was trying to remember what date cold rain (and actually all rain, for that matter) normally goes from being a good thing to being evil. I think it is normally Dec. 1. However, this year the transition was much earlier...say, around Nov. 15! I blame it on global warming. Cold rain will remain evil til March 15 this winter I believe. So, a solid four month long evil cold rain season, wow! Tony, I know you're one of the relative few who never feel cold rain is evil. So, I'm not forgetting about you, sir! Stovepipe
They say death happens in 3's. I guess we can say this will be the third dead winter in a row? Yep, the writing is on the wall. Might as well plant the spring garden and un-winterize the camper.

Also, if you just want to sit and be mesmerized, check out the HD Panorama Cameras at Aspen. Brick, I got 3.5" of snow last year on January 17th. Sounds like there must be another culprit deploying the snow shields over Raleigh, specifically.
