Boy the SE forums aren't what they used to be. We now have way too many JI posters and negative Nannies who just can't wait to deliver all the bad news of how hot its going to be and cancel winter before it even starts. I've been around for 10 years including the Eastern Days. Things use to be more pleasant here. Thankfully. We do still have some good posters though.

Lol, maybe because the last two winters have pissed people off. Give another 2009-10 winter, everyone will be excited.

What we need is a storm around Cuba or southern Florida at about 240 hours. Then maybe, MAYBE we'd have a shot! :)

Actually, a south half of FL crossover (say up to Tampa) of a Miller A in conjunction with Arctic air to the north is a very rare combo that can give places like Charleston, Savannah, Waycross, and Gainseville, FL, their very rare measurable snows. Examples: Dec. of 1989. and Feb. of 1973

It seems like it would be a rare event. I bet at 240 hours out, that storm would have to be modeled over Brazil. :D

I knew nature was a women because of all the dashed hopes. The models are just like her, for every 5 questions we figure out, 10 more pop up AND ALWAYS RIGHT BEFORE BED!!!

Nature could you please tell us what the weather will be Sunday?

Nature: "WELL IF I HAVE TO TELL YOU WHAT'S THE POINT!" *STOMPS AWAY CRYING*

LOL!

Brick says the fun will begin during the week of Christmas. I disagree, we torch late next week through Christmas. Then average temps. Then the fun begins during the 2nd week of January.

OMG - I actually agree with this (although my warm up versus his torch are probably a tad different).

I need to get that Last Will and Testament nailed down this week.
