superjames1992
What is a white rain? I've never heard the term white rain. It is non-accumulating wet snow (flurries, usually) that occurs with temperatures above freezing and never accumulates, instead melting almost instantly on contact with the ground. For an accumulation weenie like myself, it is torture. Basically, what most of us got last February 16th was "White Rain".
