Yes, amazing difference. Left home and it was biting cold, drove 8 miles south to Winchester and I could tell the moment I opened the door just how different it was. It was 23°F at the house in Clarksburg when I left at 6am. Funny that the coldest morning in the last 9 days was the one leading up to the first day of the torch. Either way, I love these winter warmups. We will never have wall-to-wall cold, and these warm spells are a fantastic break between the chilliness and gloom of winter.
