RADAR AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS SHOW AN AREA OF SNOW SQUALLS ACROSS SAINT LAWRENCE COUNTY AND PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN ADIRONDACKS IN NORTHERN YORK. THESE SNOW SQUALLS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING 2 INCHES OF SNOW IN ONE HOUR AND VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. THE SNOW SQUALLS WERE GENERALLY MOVING EAST AT 30 TO 40 MPH AND WILL BE INTO THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL CHAMPLAIN VALLEY BY 5 PM THIS EVENING.
