Clinch Leatherwood
I lived in Bristol county as a kid and i cant recall a single storm where there was ocean effect to the tune of 2" or more. Enhancement in nor'easter (perhaps) but more for pym county for sure. I cant recall any significant Bristol county oes in my raynham hood Eva. When were you there? Normally the northern part of the county.

Clinch Leatherwood
From 86-98 I got out before being permanently traumatized by non frozen winter events Winter of 85, I believe it was February there was a nice OES event in the northern part of the county. Enough that they had to send us home from school in 6+ inches of non-predicted snow. The best pure OES events there over the years are the ones where the band would run from south Weymouth towards northern Bristol County about paralleling the coast trajectory from Cape Ann to Boston. Clinch Leatherwood
Picks missed some good winters when he left. I think we had some good OES events after 98 too. It's a rare thing it seems like it's only about every 10 or so years that the pattern is favorable for it. I can only remember one winter since I moved down here where we had multiple OES type events. This is the pseudo second event - there was one a week or so ago that dropped flurries on the lower Cape and now this one. If we could ever plant a nice high to the north that'd be great. Right now they're coming in shallow and it really stifles the threat. EDIT: This last burst resulted in an official trace. Just a super light quick trace. Isn't an official trace just "flakes in the air"? Don't climate sites get a T just from seeing flakes fall from the sky, regardless of what happens on the ground?
