IsentropicLift
And just imagine what could have happened had there been high heights over the Davis Straight? This would have been a snowbomb for us. Instead we got the warm sheared out mess we have now. I don't mind the soaking rains. We needed it badly. Snow can wait a few more weeks. IsentropicLift
Rain off the Delmarva is starting to pivot back to the NW a bit and filling in some over southern NJ. Down to 39 degrees. Wind picking up. Feels cold out.
SnoSki14
I'm at 42F, quite a rollercoaster ride from 30s yesterday to 60s this morning, and now dropping into the low 40s and 30s.

famartin
The rain snow line on that radar is more like a "rain/mix line" at best... showing snow at Dulles, Lancaster and Reading while the reports say rain.

I think we all know it's not accurate. Temps are starting to fall through the 30's though in PA and NJ.

allgame830
places down to the west of Philly are down to 35/36 degrees... like Newtown Square for example. So the mid 30's are far away.

Very few will drop near freezing until tonight so don't expect much in the way of frozen precipitation. Brace for the cold though as the winds will likely pick up tonight as we drop into the 20s and only low to mid 30s for highs tomorrow.

allgame830
its sleeting with a temp of 36 in Newtown Square so it is possible. It would just be something if we ended with a little frozen pecip when we were in the low 60's this morning.
