Not sure if this is storm or non-storm question.

Local stations (Princeton, Trenton) have been reporting "light Snow" this afternoon, with blank blue skies and abundant sun for Jan. 3.

Are these computer-generated?  Lots of Fluff blowing around.

Apologies if this has been answered before -   :snowing:

TTN ASOS has been reporting light snow since 1PM.  Not sure why.  Might be observer error, not sure.

Thanks Ray.  Apart from a very few upper level stratus earlier, the sky has been clear.  Hardly anything important.

A good night for cold readings!  Wind dying down, and clear sky at W. Windsor/Princeton.

PS - Just checked Dix radar, which was showing light blue echoes below TTN, in the past couple of hours.  Gone now at posting time.

Down to 12.4

made some piles while shoveling that I hope are there until St Patty's day

Yeah, I did the same. My pre-Christmas pile was down to about 3 foot long x 18" wide before the snow Thursday, so it was close. Nicely recovered now.

I'm aiming for May 15th, and you'll see some cool temperatures coming out of Concord Township until then:
