I wonder how much further it will make it. Models seemed to back it up till about midnight or 1a.  Still prob 43-44 imby.

I don't know,  I suspect I'll continue to warm and I've really warmed quickly the last several hours.  I'm now up to 54.3 so you should keep rising some.  I haven't looked at the low track, it it's east of you you'll be spared the big torch.

My guess is we're about peak warming given it's moving east down there.

If the obs to your west are anything to go by, then you're spot on. Temp is dropping like a rock here - lost nearly 4* in an hour. Looking forward to the drop coming to a screeching halt just above freezing.

1.33" and 35. Temp has dropped 3 degrees in past hour.

Rain

Spiked to 39F around an hour ago.  Dropping rapidly on strong N winds of 11mph with gusts to 18mph.  It's now 32.1F with 3.5F of that drop occurring in the last 15 minutes.

based on that wind map, that line in VA is obviously a convergence line heading east

Yup.  Winds have veered completely to the NW now, 12mph gusting to 20.  We're below freezing now at 31.8F.  Just under a 4F drop in 18 minutes.
