We probably won't know the exact time because DCA only reports on the hour. Therfore the winner is Fozz with a 1am prediction off by 13 minutes 2nd is Tenman Johnson with a 1:15 prediction off by 28 minutes 3rd is Wonderdog with a 12:15 prediction off by 32 minutes.
