Emergency manager just stated on TWC, that s&r was ongoing, so this is likely correct. Also, most homes in that area, especially newer ones, have basements. He described a couple hundred of houses destroyed to their foundations. They also displayed a sign from Washington that was found in Streator Illinois. It's kind of strange that as the worst of the severe starts to exit Chicagoland, it still is only 1:30. Indiana has a long afternoon ahead of them...
