I did not keep records that year like this year. PSU Hoffman did and our numbers were always within a few inches of each other. Pars ridge from Manchester, Lineboro, Freeland/ Parkton, New Freedom, Shrewsbury, Red Lion, to Stewartstown has some serious elevation and does well in marginal events and pulls great ratios in larger events. This year has featured constant events and has been frigid. We were always just above the rain snow line. My son has lost around 10 days of school. Just unreal winter from Hereford zone area, north Carroll, and bordering southern York. Almost everyone in this region is double climo already.
