IsentropicLift
that coastal low on the GFS looks really nice, shame its gonna be a nice warm rain to go along with it. It has a lot working against it. It's a classic miller A track with no blocking and no +PNA.
Bob Chill
Closed h5 lows taking that track across the country always bear watching. Not saying I have high hopes or anything but it shouldn't be discounted at d7 because temps don't look good. It could also be the catalyst to reshuffle the nao domain space. We need some help there for sure.

Bob Chill
Lies. you just said it will snow right here if I read between the lines well....there is the possibilty of compressed flow and confluence to the north that allows a better h5 track and more of a slider with us being on the colder edge...just sayin'

WxUSAF
that coastal low on the GFS looks really nice, shame its gonna be a nice warm rain to go along with it. It's actually a pretty darn cold rain. Like upper 30s/low 40s with a nice mod rain for Turkey eating and Ravens victory over the Stillers. CMC real close now. Looks like ice rain to start then back side thump. Not that close. The surface low track is pretty nice, but the 850 low goes through Ohio. The stale cold air collapses faster than the DC Racial Slurs' defense in front of the Jacksonville Jaguars offense. The fact that both the GFS and Canadian have a light snow event on late Monday/early Tuesday with a much less "thread-the-needle" type scenario has me more interested.
