Do you ever eat dessert?

Not getting the pie thing. My wife made a pumpkin pie with stevia instead of sugar, low fat filling and crust. Only 100 calories. I ate small portions of turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, a whole wheat crescent roll and a piece of delicious pie, my whole dinner was only 850 calories. I was full too.

Never.. not even for my bday.

unless fruit counts as dessert

Fruit counts. I eat fruit for desert all times but today.....I ate pie.

Being absolute is a recipe for serious backsliding at some point. Unless you hate pie a few pieces a year will make zero difference.
