Avdave
What would be our largest of the season here. elevation played a role in how much snow area got. While it was cool to see the snow mixed in with the fall foliage, the rest of the winter blew dead rats here. 18z NAM clown map

ACFD FIREMAN
The pup and I went up to Sky Meadows State Park on the Fauquier/Clark County line. Had close to a foot at 1800'. Tree branches were popping every few seconds due to the foliage and wet snow/wind. Great storm.
EasternUSWX
Was an interesting storm. Got 6" from that one. That was about half my season total... yeesh
wxmeddler
It was a good one in terms of dynamics, the snow here was meh, about 3.5" of slop. It was the heaviest ratios I've ever seen, something like 4.5:1.

EastCoast NPZ
OK storm by Oct standards here, but on the valley floor we maybe picked up two inches of wet slop. Had to be above 1000' feet to see anything substantial. Certainly was no Oct 10, 1979.

Didn't get much in Cockeysville, a dusting at best. Though I remember it coming down pretty good at times. I should have snow chased like Fozz. snowfan
Was in Stewartstown (Southern York Co) on the day of this storm. Probably had 6-7" there. We left late in the evening to return to Baltimore and I remember an incredibly sharp cutoff in accums soon after driving south of Parkton on 83. Whenever we get a snowstorm, I'm running to the hills...... It is, the elevation on campus is only 325ft. We consistently get about half of what 800ft does in borderline events like this. mattie g
I had rain I had a little under an inch of rain followed by a couple hours of wet snow that left a sloppy trace on the mulch and a few blades of grass. Awful, awful weather.

Awful, awful weather. 0.2" Only because I almost never put down 0.1" because a clump of snowflakes is often larger than that.

I could probably argue that I got that, but I'm not sure it would have stuck to a snow board unless the thing had been frozen beforehand.
