harrisale
My front yard is pretty covered now. Wind last night, knocked a lot more down. Thought today would be sunny...it is not! Cold temps last night have really caused the rate of leaves dropping to increase. Watching the maple in my backyard this morning, you could watch the leaves falling off the tree, a few per second. I guess there was quite a few people in west Loop high-rises that felt it too. Sun is coming out here now. Still really breezy out. Update: It's been chalked up as a quarry blast in Countryside! How much TNT did they use!?
cyclone77
58 today and pretty breezy. Had a few sprinkles late this morning but nothing measurable. Was looking through some old images I saved a bit ago and came across this. This was from the evening of 12/19 last year. Can't wait till we start seeing maps like this on a regular basis.
