WeatherFox
If NW NJ counts I'll say first week of November NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NEW YORK NY 128 AM EDT TUE OCT 22 2013 ....GENERALLY DRY BUT COOL AND BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY THROUGH MON AS MEAN TROUGHING CONTINUES AND A SERIES OF SHORTWAVES ROTATE THROUGH THE REGION. OVERALL PREDICTABILITY OF THE TIMING OF THESE SHORTWAVES/WEAK FRONTS IS LOW AT THIS TIME. MODELS ARE KEYING IN ON A MORE VIGOROUS SHORTWAVE/CLIPPER SYSTEM AFFECTING ONTARIO/QUEBEC AND NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND FOR LATE SAT/SUN. TYPICALLY THIS TYPE OF TRACK WILL NOT BRING MUCH IN THE WAY OF PRECIP TO OUR AREA...BUT SOME WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWER ACTIVITY IS POSSIBLE...PARTICULARLY NORTHERN AND FAR EASTERN ZONES. A SNOW FLAKE COULD MIX IN ACROSS FAR NW HILLS.

Guest Pamela
This sort of thing is very hard to determine...but there will probably be measurable snow in Central Park before December 25th, IMO.

yhbrooklyn
Unc, based on your list, the average trace since 1947 is 11/18 @ 7:41pm and average Measurable is 12/11 @ 12:34pm (Yes, the times are a joke, even though the math does work out).
