mattlacroix4
Gray finalllyyyy raised amounts, only took them till 6 pm. I love how Burlington put advisories up, and then all of a sudden grays raises amounts. Still on the low side I think. The funny thing is that Burlington still has higher amounts then I do for all of VT, not just northern.
JJBASHB
1.5" largest of the season so far, still coming down at a good clip despite the weak returns. 27/

DomNH
Looks like we're in the lull period now before this reloads in another 3-4 hours or so. Very light snow. Probably a bit over an inch now.

JJBASHB
Not bad! Only at about 0.75" a couple towns over. Very fluffy stuff I'm surprised at the difference. Winchendon had about the same amount when I left work. It hasn't let up at all post the initial band, although flake size has diminished. 2" new
ORH_wxman
Nearing an inch...its been a steady light snow since that heavier band moved out over an hour ago. Roads are all covered.

Hunchback Dave is also decently west...Ashburnham is probably ground zero for this event in our county.

weathafella
What's really cool to me is the fact that awful bl temps were easily overcome today and snow from the git go.....with accumulations by late afternoon. Nice burst from the satellite picture messenger posted could mean hat NH/ME get 3-5 actually and areas in eastern MA/RI get 2-4.

Nice burst from the satellite picture messenger posted could mean hat NH/ME get 3-5 actually and areas in eastern MA/RI get 2-4. It almost reminded me of a late winter event where it's cold aloft and we finally wetbulb down to accumulate. Good news is that sun is so weak, we can accumulate.. even if it was in the high 30's today.
ORH_wxman
900mb temps are like -6C, so basically all it had to do was start precipitating and it could cool off very quickly.

Still no clear action on that yet, weak looking but should look better 10isj

Yeah it's plenty cold aloft and temps steadily declined as the snow fell. Another reason 2m temps can fail.
