MaineJayhawk
Euro has some sn backing into PWM and points west tonight and then again tomorrow. About 0.3 to 0.4 " qpf. through hr 54. Awesome. Hopefully it drops more post 54. That's where the NAM opened for business.
ORH_wxman
Euro looks much healthier than last night...solid 1-2" maybe 3" for eastern half of SNE for Wednesday night.
CoastalWx
Well euro looks better than 00z for wrap around. It gives about 0.2" or so qpf to PWM-Jayhawk, and maybe a little over 0.1" here in eastern mass. It does give D-1" all the way to the Berks. dendrite
A little precip thrown back and then the inverted trough rotates through here. I'm somewhere in the middle of 0.25-0.50, but I'm guessing it'd be closer to the 0.25". I think any wraparound downslopes me considering I already have winds gusting into the 20s out of the NW. I'll take that and run. Snow is good.

MaineJayhawk
Yeah perhaps east of you, but not bad. I was only looking for 3", so any over that is bonus. A fun couple of days coming up and then hopefully a helluva lot of fun immediately afterwards.

MaineJayhawk
18Z NAM is the first bad run.. lol ... I was going to mention earlier how funny it'd be if the NAM came in light when every other piece of guidance went more bullish. I'll keep my 3" hopes. dendrite
The 18z NAM has the inv trough getting its act together beginning around 45hr. A nice little band slowly drops southward through W ME and NH thru 54hr.

MaineJayhawk
Yeah, I do not like how they have the dreaded "r" word in my forecast. Once they put rain in, they don't take it out. Gave me sleet chance, though just for one period.

Pass me the noose if it rains. " THE WARM AIR ALOFT IS MORE PREVALENT IN THE SRN AND COASTAL AREAS ALONG WITH WRM AIR IN THE BOUNDARY LAYER WHERE TEMPS GO ABOVE FREEZING. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR A BETTER CHC OF ICE PELLETS OR SOME -RA TO MIX IN WITH THE SN OVER COASTAL AND ADJACENT INTERIOR ZONES."
