That's got to be a violent tornado on the eastern cell, phenomenal signature.

Nice surface based mesocyclone...

 

Actually, the whole thing was the tornado on the ground.... I promise... it was  crazy... at least 1-1.5 miles wide.... That white you see between the cloud and surface was rain/hail/mist... not a clear gap.

SOUTHERN CHEROKEE...NORTHWESTERN IDA AND SOUTHEASTERN PLYMOUTH

COUNTIES UNTIL 730 PM CDT...

AT 658 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED LARGE AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO WAS

LOCATED NEAR PIERSON...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO.

SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS CONFIRMED TORNADO.

IMPACT...YOU ARE IN A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. MOBILE HOMES WILL

BE DESTROYED. CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO HOMES...BUSINESSES AND

VEHICLES IS LIKELY AND COMPLETE DESTRUCTION POSSIBLE. FLYING

DEBRIS WILL BE DEADLY TO PEOPLE AND ANIMALS. EXPECT TREES TO

TORNADO IS ON THE GROUND. TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE...TAKE COVER NOW. MOVE

TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A STURDY BUILDING. AVOID

WINDOWS. IF IN A MOBILE HOME...A VEHICLE OR OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE

Omaha Twister Chasers reporting a huge damage path (over a mile wide) crossing Highway 20 with the eastern cell.

 

Debris falling from the sky.

 

I'm a little concerned watching their stream because they're in this blindly and they've acknowledged that.

TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR QUIMBY...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

MAJOR DAMAGE WAS REPORTED IN QUIMBY...WITH SEVERAL POWER POLES DOWN

WEST OF WASHTA.

THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

HAZARD...DEADLY TORNADO.

SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS CONFIRMED TORNADO.

IMPACT...YOU COULD BE KILLED IF NOT UNDERGROUND OR IN A TORNADO
