EASTERN KENOSHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN...* UNTIL 830 PM CDT* AT 522 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE  WARNED AREA AND APPROACHING FROM NORTHEAST ILLINOIS. ANOTHER 1 TO 3  INCHES OR RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 630 PM CDT. THIS IS IN ADDITION  TO THE 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN THAT FELL ON THE EAST AND SOUTH  SIDES OF KENOSHA EARLIER.* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  DOWNTOWN KENOSHA...PLEASANT PRAIRIE AND KENOSHA AIRPORT.
