powderfreak
Euro implies days of the favorite rainy cool dreary days which come in above normal because of no diurnal ranges, awesome. Sounds like July. Below normal highs but way above normal lows. And rain everyday.
powderfreak
This thread is going downhill quickly. How so? Because the weather is boring, the default convo is to discuss temp anomalies and personal feelings on those temps,
weathafella
Dodgers, Sox series winters that followed ? I'm torn, I love the Pirates story but also have a huge soft spot for Donny Baseball. And my memories of so many dodger games I went to at Chavez Ravine during my 15 years there will likely have me rooting for LA if they make it. I'm thinking sox have never played the dodgers in the ws?

So we have 1946 and 1967 with sox vs St. Louis with the cardinals winning. 1975 vs Cincinnati and 1986 vs NYM. Before 1946? Don't think it ever happened but I'll check. CapturedNature
Fairly mild out there this morning. It was in the mid-50s when I went to bed and now it's in the low 60s. That makes for a warm October morning. Upper 60s at HVN. I hope Kevin is heading there, that's about the last "high dew" reading I think we'll see for a while. CoastalWx
We should start to cool off I think towards the 20th and beyond as the EPO turns more negative. I still don't see a sharp turn to cold as Canada stays a little mild and snowpack needs to build there, but it appears to be heading in the direction for now.
