Ginx snewx
The Plains have the best weather in the country in my opinion. It may not be the cultural center of the universe, but if you like exciting weather that's the place to be.I was just checking out the recreation in the Black Hills, pretty spot, average 200 a year. SJonesWX
I sliced seeded almost two weeks and not a drop of rain since. My well pump is crying for its mama. New seed doesn't thrive until water from mother nature in my experience. you are correct, but the new growth may surprise you this spring. i'd rather have this wx than the snow since this is october, i would agree yep winter cancel this year. I'm sure you're just loving it a bit early for that, no?

moneypitmike
Raining pretty hard heare at the moment--very dark day, too. That said, I must have leaves clogging my collection bucket as it's showing 0.00" and doesn't even show the rain icon. So, I guess I can report that I've had no rain. Nice temp bust to boot thus far. 54.4/
moneypitmike
Well,so much for the rain. Sun's now out. Also appears that the 'leaf dam' in my bucket has started letting rain thorugh. Meauring .09--think that's way underdone as I'd be guessing I had about .25/.3 based on intensity and duration. 53.6/
