WxUSAF Posted October 29, 2013 Share Posted October 29, 2013 October looks like it's going to end up around a +3 for DC/Baltimore and looks overall pretty mild for the first 2 weeks of Nov per GEFS. A couple quick-hitting cold shots behind fronts, but generally a western trough/SE ridge type pattern. Some seem to pull the PV over to our side of the globe (including the Op), which would suggest there is cold air available for us if it can get delivered.
