Lake effect areas might also get some snow at higher elevations. 12z GFS looks like mid 30s or so for most of us Friday morning. Going to be close for the 1st freeze for IAD and BWI. Not as cold as the GFS .. borderline for freezing places like Dulles etc where the GFS looks like at least a freeze or two into that area. Little doubt you'd get a freeze or two in there on the Euro tho. Highs are chilly (near 50 to mid-50s) throughout mostly save a day or two near 60 nearer day 10.
