WVA/PA Mountain Snow above 1500ft on Thursday? For the first nor'easter of the season with GFS and Euro on board, there isn't a lot of discussion on here.

Yay for Miller B's!  Yeah, probably WWA level snow for some of them.  Lake effect areas might also get some snow at higher elevations.

12z GFS looks like mid 30s or so for most of us Friday morning.  Going to be close for the 1st freeze for IAD and BWI.

Edit...actually a little colder for next Saturday morning.

What does the Euro look like wrt next week cold?

Lows in the 30s thur-tue or wed, slight modification late. Not as cold as the GFS .. borderline for freezing places like Dulles etc where the GFS looks like at least a freeze or two into that area.  Little doubt you'd get a freeze or two in there on the Euro tho.

Highs are chilly (near 50 to mid-50s) throughout mostly save a day or two near 60 nearer day 10.

Of course MOS is like 5+ warmer than GFS on lows.. probably somewhere in the middle ala EURO raw numbers.

Thanks Ian. Actually I was referring to the week of the 28th. Were you talking about the upcoming week?
