NORTH CENTRAL SOMERSET COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MAINE...  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ST. JUSTE...* UNTIL 330 PM EDT* AT 246 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 12  MILES WEST OF ST. JUSTE...AND MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH.* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO  BILLY-JACK DEPOT...BAKER LAKE...NINE-MILE BRIDGE...CAUCOMGOMOC  LAKE...TELOS LAKE...TAMWAY...CHURCHILL DAM AND CHAMBERLAIN LAKE.

Aimed right at where the July 19 event flattened thousands of cords from Chamberlain Lake into Baxter Park.

Still a strong CAP especially to lee of mountains (probably due to SW-WSW flow aloft enhancing subsidence). I'd watch for this CAP to break though as sun begins to set...top of CAP/haze layer will cool faster than below it. Look for things to pop then I would think.
