I'd watch for this CAP to break though as sun begins to set...top of CAP/haze layer will cool faster than below it. Look for things to pop then I would think. A day ruined by debris is generally miserable. Today was an absolute gem capped or not. So I'd say yes. Meanwhile the cell near Albany had a short run but didn't fare so well. Body blows...
