CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CENTERED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM

4 MILES NORTH OF REDINGTON TO 7 MILES WEST OF BYRON...OR ALONG A LINE

EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF RANGELEY TO 15 MILES NORTHWEST

OF RUMFORD...MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH. THIS CLUSTER OF STRONG

THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT AREAS IN AND AROUND REDINGTON...DALLAS...

MADRID...BYRON...CARRABASSETT VALLEY...ROXBURY...SALEM...PHILLIPS...

CARTHAGE AND MOUNT BLUE STATE PARK THROUGH 415 AM EDT.

I tend (wrongly) to lump them together.  Seems doubtful that any of that bunch reached svr criteria.

 

 

I wish i could move the house 30 miles NW, Mtns and Foothills are most always the winners

The Norway to West Paris axis seems to catch more than its share.  Unlike MBY...

 

 

It was definitely elevated stuff last night, and freezing levels were 15,000 ft. So we would have needed nearly 40,000 ft cores to get any severe hail.
