Latest HRRR shows that most of Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess stay all snow until we dryslot around 10 am. Now closing in on 9.5 imby. if this doesn't flip, we are making a run for 14" or so... temp has dropped to 19F. Was not planning a storm this cold.
