THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BINGHAMTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER

STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH

FRIDAY MORNING.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARDS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 9 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER NORTHERN

PENNSYLVANIA THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY. THE SNOW

WILL BE HEAVIEST NEAR THE NEW YORK STATE LINE WITH LITTLE IF ANY

SNOW EXPECTED TO THE SOUTH NEAR INTERSTATE 80 INTO THURSDAY

AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVIER AND STEADIER LATE THURSDAY

THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT WITH SEVERAL INCHES POSSIBLE.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE 20S TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY FALLING TO THE

SINGLE DIGITS AND LOWER TEENS THURSDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS THURSDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.

A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT BECAUSE HEAVY SNOW IS A

I think I am good and ready for the arctic cold coming. Still sticking with ~4-8" imby though I am very open to that being modified upward to 6-12". I think areas to my North and east will overall do better but it is not far off from being a much bigger deal for all areas.
