I'd run to the bank with 10-11! Did you mean 09-10?

no, CT was jackpot in 10/11. You guys have been parched compared with most of SNE the last month. Localized convective systems though, I was joking. If it were synoptic rains missing you it would be significant but it means nada. Reading the severe thread seeing how people were getting wood over soundings that ended up producing nothing confirms my belief that tracking snowstorms and hurricanes is much more gratifying.

To confirm our early discussion on the chill to the air for most of the day in ECT RI , never saw the sun, PVD with a -2 departure day while BDL in CCT pulled a plus 4.

I've been to the shore and back, and my SUV thermometer never made it above 74F all day along the trip. Currently 70F in Woodstock with low fog from treetops and below. You can tell this morning's rain in the forest and dews rising near 70F are causing this hazy fog.

It is noticeably more humid than this morning. Not hot out at 70, but feels like a summer evening with stagnant air.

has the warm season rainfall been evenly distributed? 2" in a few hours followed by 10 dry days doesn't do much good for the plants

My garden and plants and grass did very well this year, soils stayed saturated for the most part, some drying took place as is normal but generally a non issue all summer.
